Located here is a buffet cabinet and a dinner table with 6 chairs, also in the kitchen is a wood-burning stove.
Also from the open kitchen you can have access to the covered terrace and to the real kitchen with all modern appliances.
Included are: a cooker hood, a stove with grill/oven, a refridgerator with freezing part, oven, a coffee maker and a waterboiler.
Of course you will find pots and pans and cutlery for 8 persons.
From the open kitchen you have access to a modern bathroom with shower cabin, washbassin and toilet. A new and modern washing machine is available.
Just 5 meters away from the entrance to the main house, is the garage. Always handy to keep the car cool on hot days. Under the same roof, next to the garage, is a separate entrance door that takes you to the living room from the gasthouse. It is also fully furnished. Apart from this, there are in the guesthouse 2 bedrooms, with single beds, a small kitchen and a closet, and a bathroom, with a 80 liter warm water boiler. The bathroom has a shower cabin, washing place and a toilet. This house inclusing the guesthouse can hold 6 to maximal 8 persons, or 2 families, with still peace and private places.
Next to the house there is an old water well, and underneath the house is a wine cellar.
The house is located on a nice spot in a small traditional village, on one of the nicest parts of Baranya Province, at the northern part of the Mecsek Hills.
